Location

This typical Menorcan farmhouse is situated near the town of Alaior, where all local amenities can be found. Both south and north coast beaches can be reached within approximately 10 minutes by car and the capital city of Mahón, with its beautiful harbour, is also a short drive away. A vehicle is thought to be necessary.

Exterior

The farmhouse is surrounded by countryside in all directions and is completely private. There is a large patio at the entrance of the property, and to the left of this a pretty garden with a lawned area beside the swimming pool. At the side of the property there is a large pergola providing shade, and table and chairs for al fresco dining. Shade is also provided by the small woodland which can be accessed via steps at the back of the house.

Interior

Finca Binietsau was completely refurbished at the beginning of 2007 and has been tastefully decorated with quality and comfortable wood furniture.

The property consists of  two floors;

Ground Floor:

• Lounge

• 2 Dining rooms

• Kitchen

• 1 double bedroom

• 1 shower room.

First Floor:

• 2 double bedrooms with en-suite full bathrooms

• 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms.

Prices for 2008

The price will includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights.  If a maid service is also required, this can be arranged for an additional charge for a minimum period of two hours per day.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £400.
