Location

This typical Menorcan farmhouse is conveniently situated 3km from Son Bou with its beautiful beach and variety of bars, restaurants and souvenir shops. The town of Alaior where you will find all local amenities is also 3km in the opposite direction. Other south and north coast beaches can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Vehicle is necessary.

Exterior

The farmhouse is set on the top of a hill and boasts wonderful countryside and distant sea views. There is a shaded porch with table and chairs for outdoor dining, and near this there is a built-in barbeque next to mulberry tree woodland.

Interior

Las Moreras was refurbished in 2006 and has been tastefully decorated with quality furnishings. The property is set on 2 floors:

Ground Floor:

  • Lounge

  • Kitchen/dining room

  • 1 Double bedroom

  • 1 twin bedroom

  • 1 single bedroom

  • and 1 full bathroom.

First Floor:

  • 1 triple bedroom (1 double and twin beds)

  • 1 single bedroom

  • and 1 shower room.

There is also a reading room at the very top of the house from which views in all directions can be enjoyed.

Prices for 2008

( 28th April to 1st May ) + ( 3rd October onwards ) £650 per week
( 2nd May to 15th  May ) + ( 19th September to 2nd October ) £720 per week
( 16th May to 22nd May ) + ( 30th May to 12th June ) + ( 12th September to 18th September )  £1,085 per week
( 23rd May to 29th May) + ( 13th June to 26th June ) + ( 5th September to 11th September ) £1,225 per week
( 27th June to 17th July ) + ( 29th August to 4th September ) £1,800 per week
( 18th July to 28th August )  £2,,300 per week

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights.  If a maid service is also required, this can be arranged for an additional charge for a minimum period of two hours per day.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £400.
