This typical Menorcan farmhouse is conveniently situated 3km from Son Bou with its beautiful beach and variety of bars, restaurants and souvenir shops. The town of Alaior where you will find all local amenities is also 3km in the opposite direction. Other south and north coast beaches can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Vehicle is necessary.

Exterior

The farmhouse is set on the top of a hill and boasts wonderful countryside and distant sea views. There is a shaded porch with table and chairs for outdoor dining, and near this there is a built-in barbeque next to mulberry tree woodland. The swimming pool measures 5m x 9m and is surrounded by sun bathing terrace and artificial grass.

Interior

Las Moreras was refurbished in 2006 and has been tastefully decorated with quality furnishings. The property is set on 2 floors:

Ground Floor:
