Location

Villa Flor is situated in Es Canutells, a tourist-residential area, and is less than a 5 minute walk from the pretty beach Cala Canutells. There is a regular bus service to Mahón, a bar/restaurant and a small supermarket in the nearby hotel.  The village of Sant Climent is a 6 minute drive away, and the journey from the airport to the villa takes 10 minutes. A vehicle is thought to be necessary.

Exterior

The garden is enclosed by bushes, guaranteeing complete privacy. There is a private swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing terraces and an outdoor shower. For outdoor dining there is a table and benches with a built-in barbeque. There are also sun beds for relaxing around the pool.

Interior

The villa has been tastefully decorated, creating a fresh and cool atmosphere. The property is set on 2 floors:

Ground Floor:

  • Living/dining room with open-plan kitchen

  • 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room

  • 1 single bedroom

  • 1 single bedroom (separated from lounge by a curtain)

  • and 1 shower room.

Annexe (Lower Floor):

  •  1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

( 2nd May to 15th  May ) + ( 19th September to 2nd October ) £650 per week
( 16th May to 22nd May ) + ( 30th May to 12th June ) + ( 12th September to 18th September )  £795 per week
( 23rd May to 29th May) + ( 13th June to 26th June ) + ( 5th September to 11th September ) £940 per week
( 27th June to 17th July ) + ( 29th August to 4th September ) £1,300 per week
( 18th July to 28th August )  £1,560 per week

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £250.
