Location

This wonderful semi-detached villa is located on the south east coast of the island in Cap d’en Font. The beaches of Binisafúa and Biniparratx are just a 7 minute walk from the villa, and other south coast beaches can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Sant Lluís and Sant Climent with shops, banks, churches, restaurants and other amenities are approximately an 8 minute drive away. The journey from the airport to the villa takes 10 minutes.

Exterior

The villa has direct sea access via the rock platforms which are an ideal spot for sunbathing. There is a large shaded porch area and comfortable furniture for outdoor living and outdoor dining. The communal swimming pool is surrounded by a grass area.
