Location

This lovely property is situated in tourist urbanization of Es Canutells and is less than 5 minutes walking from the small beach. Other south coast beaches (Binidalí, Binisafúa and Binibeca) are less than 10 minutes drive away. The village of San Clemente and the capital town Mahón where all local amenities can be found are also a short drive away. The journey from the property to the airport takes 10 minutes.

Exterior

The villa is set on the front line of a cliff and boasts wonderful sea views. The exterior is a wonderful area for outdoor living and dining with table and chairs and a built-in barbeque. There is a porch and a separate pergola creating shade and the small swimming pool (2x4m) is also ideal for cooling down on a hot summer’s day. The garden has a lawned area and direct sea access via the sloping cliff.

Interior

The villa has been tastefully furnished and the beautiful sea views can be enjoyed from the lounge and the kitchen.

The property is set on one floor comprising:

  • 1 double bedroom with an upper floor containing a small lounge and en-suite full bathroom

  • 1 single bedroom with an upper floor

  • 1 bunk-bed room with upper floor and 1 shower room.

( 23rd May to 29th May) + ( 13th June to 26th June ) + ( 5th September to 11th September ) £1,585 per week
( 27th June to 17th July ) + ( 29th August to 4th September ) £1,875 per week
( 18th July to 28th August )  £2,075 per week

 The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights.  If a maid service is also required, this can be arranged for an additional charge for a minimum period of two hours per day.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £250.
