Other south coast beaches (Binidalí, Binisafúa and Binibeca) are less than 10 minutes drive away. The village of San Clemente and the capital town Mahón where all local amenities can be found are also a short drive away. The journey from the property to the airport takes 10 minutes.

Exterior

The villa is set on the front line of a cliff and boasts wonderful sea views. The exterior is a wonderful area for outdoor living and dining with table and chairs and a built-in barbeque. There is a porch and a separate pergola creating shade and the small swimming pool (2x4m) is also ideal for cooling down on a hot summer’s day. The garden has a lawned area and direct sea access via the sloping cliff.
