Location

This semi-detached villa, part of a tourist/residential urbanization, is situated in Es Canutells. The small beach is a 10 minute walk away and there is a small supermarket and bar/restaurant 5 minutes walk from the villa. The village of San Clemente where you will find all local amenities is 5 minutes by car. Other south coast beaches (Binidalí, Binibeca and Binsafúa) can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. The journey from the airport to the villa takes 10 minutes.

Exterior

Villa Ses Tanques is set on the cliffs and has marvellous front-line sea views. There is a shaded porch with table and chairs and a built-in barbeque for outdoor dining, and a small lawned garden. The complex also has a community pool.

The villa has been tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture. The property is set on 2 floors:

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights. If a maid service is also required, this can be arranged for an additional charge for a minimum period of two hours per day.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £250.
