Location

A well maintained first floor apartment set in pleasant lawned gardens and situated in the ever popular Siesta Mar development. The apartment is a short walk from the centre of the resort and its numerous restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. There are steps leading down to the lovely sandy and gently shelving beach of Cala'n Porter, and just a few steps to the large attractive swimming pools; one being a shallow splash pool with a waterfall feature for children. Also close by, is the development's own reception bar, restaurant and entertainment facility which are all exclusive to Siesta Mar residents and guests. Children are well catered for in the area by the profision of soft play areas, mini go-kart track, water toboggan and a football pitch.

The airport is less than a 10 minute drive and there are numerous other beaches plus the port and capital of Mahon just 5 minutes away by car.

Exterior

The apartment has a large terrace patio, overlooking the communal gardens, with ample room for the patio table, chairs and sun beds. The patio is accessed from the lounge/diner's french windows.  

Interior

The apartment is uncomplicated, relaxed and comfortable. The french windows from the patio lead into the lounge/dining room, which has a comfortable sofa-bed, chairs, a Spanish TV. and a CD player. Off the Lounge/diner is a compact open plan kitchenette with cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. A corridor from the lounge/diner leads to a bathroom with toilet, hand basin, washing machine and bath with shower-over and two twin bedrooms. Both have built in wardrobes and there is a small rear balcony, which can be accessed by a door from each bedroom.
