Bedrooms: 2 double with additional single bed on a mezzanine room, 1 Double, 1 Double with bunk beds.
Bathrooms: 1 full, 1 en-suite.

 

Location

Villa Angélica is a very modern water front property situated just three minutes from the beach and is close to all amenities. There is also a regular bus service.

Exterior

The villa has a pretty garden and a small splash pool (4m x 3m approximately), it also boasts shaded and open terraces areas and a BBQ. 

Interior

The villa has modern and bright furnishings. The Lounge has TV, a CD player and a large iron fireplace, the room has direct access to the garden. Kitchen which has direct access out to the terraces, is well equipped with a hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a breakfast area. 

The accommodation is primarily on one floor, but has an upstairs play room for children:

Ground Floor:

  • Lounge

  • Kitchen

  • 1 Double Bedroom with en-suite

  • 1 Double Bedroom with bunk beds

  • 2 Double Bedrooms

Note: two of the above bedrooms have have a mezzanine floor where there is a further bed which is ideal for a child. (We will clarify which rooms in the near future)

Prices for 2008

( 4th April to 15th May ) + ( 26th September to 6th November )  £1,000 per week
( 16th May to 26th June ) + ( 29th August to 25th September ) £1,550 per week
( 27th June to 10th July ) £1,550 per week
( 11th July to 28th August )  £2000 per week

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £250.
