Location
 Casa Dina is a small rural house is surrounded by typical Menorcan countryside. The property is situated 5km from the village of Fornells, which is famous for its variety of fish restaurants. The large interior towns, Alaior and Es Mercadal, where all local amenities can be found, are less than 10km from the property. The unspoilt north beaches, Binimelá and Pregonda, are less than 10 minutes drive from the property, and Son Parc, where you will find the only golf course on the island, is also 10 minutes by car.

Exterior

Casa Dina is situated in the middle of the countryside, guaranteeing tranquillity. There is porch area with a built-in barbeque and table and chairs for outdoor dining, and the swimming pool which measures 8m x 3m is surrounded by sunbathing terraces.

Interior

The property is distributed on three floors:

Ground Floor:

  • Lounge with TV /kitchen

  • Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine

  • Dining room with a double sofa-bed.

First Floor: (This floor is almost at ground level.)

  • 1 Twin Bedroom with full bathroom accessed via a few steps.

Second Floor: (This floor is a few steps higher than the first floor.)

  • 1 Double Bedroom

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £300.
