Location

Casa Sancho is situated in a rural area between Llucmeçanes and San Clemente. San Luis, where you will find all local amenities, (supermarket, restaurants, bars, chemist, banks etc), is a 7 minute drive from the property. South coast beaches, Binibeca and Binisafua, are 5 minutes by car, and Punta Prima beach is a 10 minute drive away. Vehicle is necessary.
 

Exterior

Both privacy and tranquillity are guaranteed as the property is surrounded by beautiful Menorcan countryside. There is a swimming pool (4x8m), sunbathing terrace, and shaded porch area, with table, chairs and built-in barbeque, for al fresco dining. Additional shade is provided by the large palm trees in the garden.
 

Interior

The typically Menorcan architecture makes this a charming property, which has been decorated with rustic yet comfortable furniture.

The rooms are distributed on 2 floors:
Ground Floor:

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £300.
