Location

This charming country house is situated in the small village of S’Uestra and is less than 10 minutes walk away from the popular supermarket and restaurants.  The larger town of Sant Luis where you will find banks and other local amenities is a 5 minutes drive away.  Southern beaches of Binibeca, Punta Prima and Binisafua can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.  Vehicle hire is necessary.

Exterior

This property is a typical Menorcan house set within a large area of land.  The beautiful garden has a variety of colourful plants and flowers.  The pool area is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and a pergola with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. Attached to the property there is also a small shaded terrace with table and chairs.  Between the house and the swimming pool there are trees providing natural shade.  There is also a portable BBQ. 

Interior

The house is very cool, fresh and has been tastefully decorated.

All of the rooms are situated on Ground Level:

• Lounge / dining room with TV and mini hi-fi

• Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine

• 1 Double Bedroom

• 1 Twin Bedroom

• 1 Bedroom with bunk beds

• 1 Full Bathroom

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights.

There is a refundable security deposit of £300.
