This charming semi detached country house is situated in the small village of S’Uestra and is less than 10 minutes walk away from the popular supermarket and restaurants.  The larger town of Sant Luis where you will find banks and other local amenities is a 5 minutes drive away.  Southern beaches of Binibeca, Punta Prima and Binisafua can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.  Vehicle hire is necessary.

Exterior

This property is a typical Menorcan house set within a large area of land.  The beautiful garden has a variety of colourful plants, flowers and trees.  Attached to the property is a small shaded terrace with table and chairs and there is a portable BBQ.  There is no pool available at this property.

Interior

The house is very cool, fresh and has been tastefully decorated.
