Location

Villa Amaya is a recently constructed property located in the residential area, Biniancolla, which is between Punta Prima and Binibeca. The beautiful white sand beaches of both surrounding tourist urbanizations, with a variety of bars and restaurants, are only a few minutes drive away. Mahón, the capital town with its natural harbour, is 10 minutes by car.

Exterior

The property has a private swimming pool measuring 4m x 8m which is situated at the front of the villa and is surrounded by lawn. The high quality outdoor furniture under the shaded porch area is ideal for al fresco dining and living. There is a portable BBQ.  There are also partial sea views from the porch area which is at the front of the property.

Interior

The interior of the property is modern and comfortable and has been tastefully decorated by the owner who is an interior designer.

The rooms are distributed on 3 levels:

Ground Level:

  • Lounge with TV / dining room

  • Kitchen – microwave, dishwasher, washing machine,  tumble dryer and cloakroom.

Second Level: (access via a few steps)

  • 2 Twin Bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms.

Third Level: (access via a few more steps from the second level)

  • Master double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and terrace with sea views

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £250.
