Location

Villa Aurea is situated in a tourist residential area, Es Canutells and is less than a 5 minute walk from the pretty beach Cala Canutells.  There is a regular bus service to Mahon, a bar / restaurant and a small supermarket in the nearby hotel.  The village of Sant Climent and the beach heads of Binidali and Binisafua are a 6 minute drive away.  The journey from the airport to the villa takes 10 minutes.  Vehicle hire is necessary.

Exterior

The property and the swimming pool are positioned higher up that street level, providing complete privacy.  The swimming pool is at the front of the property and is surrounded by a terrace and a large shaded porch area with table and chairs for outdoor dining.  Surrounding the property on ground level is a gravel area with plants.

There is also a portable BBQ.

Interior

This is a charming and comfortable villa which has been decorated with modern and comfortable furniture.

All of the rooms are situated on one floor:

  • Living / dining room with TV and which has access to a porch area

  • Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine

  • 1 Double bedroom

  • 3 Twin bedrooms,

  • 1 Full bathroom

  • 1 Shower room.

( 18th July to 28th August )  £1,705 per week

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £250.
