Location

This recently built villa is situated at the entrance of Cala Llonga, an upmarket urbanization built on the port of Mahón. South coast beaches, Sa Mesquida and Es Grau, are a short drive from the property, and other south and north coast beaches can be reached with 15 minutes by car.

Exterior

The property is situated at the top of a hill and therefore enjoys partial sea and port views. The swimming pool is surrounded by a wooden terrace and an outdoor shower. The garden has a large grass area, flower beds and a large tree providing shade during the day. Additionally there is a shaded pergola with table, chairs and built-in barbeque ideal for outdoor dining.

Interior

There is also a TV ( British channels ), DVD, CD player, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine in the property. The property is air-conditioned throughout.

The house is distributed on two floors:

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £250.
