Location

Villa Sofía is a beautiful, recently constructed villa, which is situated on the south east coast of the island, in the residential area of Binixica. All local amenities (supermarkets, banks, pharmacy) are less than 5 minutes drive away in the small village of San Clemente. Popular south coast beaches, Binibeca, Binisafúa and Punta Prima, are within 10 minutes by car, and the white sand bay of Calan Porter can be reached within 5 minutes. Vehicle is necessary.

Exterior

The property boasts wonderful views over the Menorcan countryside from both the upstairs and downstairs terrace. The swimming pool is surrounded by sunbathing terrace and an indigenous garden. There is a shaded porch area with tables and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining.  Portable BBQ.

Interior

The interior of the property has been tastefully decorated with quality modern furnishings. All bedrooms, which are distributed on ground level, have ceiling fans and electric shutters.

( 27th June to 17th July ) + ( 29th August to 4th September ) £1,440 per week
( 18th July to 28th August )  £1,930 per week

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £250.
