Location

This small attached villa is located in the residential area of Son Ganxo, less than a 5 minute drive from the beaches of Punta Prima and Binibeca. The town of San Luis, where all local amenities can be found, is less than 10 minutes in car and the capital city of Mahón is less than 15 minutes away.

Exterior

The property is positioned in front-line and boasts spectacular sea and coastal views. At the front of the property there is a small garden shaded by tall trees, and round the back of the property there is lawned area with sea access via rock platforms.  There is no swimming pool.

At the back of the villa there is also a covered porch area furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.  Portable BBQ provided.

Interior

The villa was refurbished in 2007 and is comfortable and  an ideal property for a small family.

On entering there are 7 steps which lead up to the first floor and all rooms:

  • Lounge with TV.

  • Dining room.

  • Kitchen with microwave and washing machine etc.

  • 1 double bedroom.

  • 1 Bedroom with bunk beds.

  • 1 Full Bathroom.

Prices for 2008

( 28th April to 1st May ) + ( 3rd October onwards ) £360 per week
( 2nd May to 15th  May ) + ( 19th September to 2nd October ) £435 per week
( 16th May to 22nd May ) + ( 30th May to 12th June ) + ( 12th September to 18th September )  £505 per week
( 23rd May to 29th May) + ( 13th June to 26th June ) + ( 5th September to 11th September ) £575 per week
( 27th June to 17th July ) + ( 29th August to 4th September ) £795 per week
( 18th July to 28th August )  £1,010 per week

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £250.
