Casa Valentina is located at the end of country lane and is surrounded by beautiful Menorcan countryside. The white sand beach of Cala Galdana, where you will find a diversity of restaurants, bars and other amenities, is 5km away. The unspoilt beach of Cala Mitjana is also the same distance from the property. Ferrerías is the closest town, and Ciudadela, the historic capital, is 18km from the property.

Exterior

This country house is situated on a large plot of 28,000m2. The exterior of the property is ideal for both outdoor dining and living. Portable BBQ. There is a large lawn area as well as two typical Menorcan quarries, creating unique garden features. The swimming pool, which measures 5m x 10m, is surrounded by stone tiles and a grass area. There is an outdoor shower room, and behind the property there is a small football pitch, basketball court and ping-pong table.

Interior

The property has been tastefully decorated with comfortable pine furniture. There is air-conditioning in the lounge area and hallway.
