Through the French windows of the lounge is a covered terrace ideal for ‘al fresco’ eating. The villa has a small-grassed garden, private pool (approx 9 x 4 metres), BBQ and sunbathing terrace.

The furnishings are bright and modern, as the villa has recently been refurbished. Air-conditioning is installed in the villa.
