Location

This modern semi-detached villa is situated in Cala San Esteban, a small inlet at the mouth of the port of Mahón. The capital city of Mahón, with its beautiful natural harbour, and variety of restaurants and bars, is less than 10 minutes by car. The town of Es Castell, which is 5 minutes drive from the villa, also offers a selection of fish restaurants and tapas bars along its small fishing inlet, Cales Fonts. The south coast beaches, Binbeca, Punta Prima and Binisafúa, are a 10 minute drive away. A vehicle is thought to be necessary.

Exterior

Cala San Estaban is a beautiful tranquil bay creating a wonderful view from the terrace which stretches along the front of the property. The villa does not have a swimming pool, however the crystal clear waters of the inlet can be accessed via an aluminum ladder in front of the house. There is a small public park with swings nearby.

Interior

Villa Elisa was built in 2008 and has been decorated with modern, tasteful and quality furniture. The property is fully equipped with air-conditioning in all rooms, which have views of the bay, and are distributed on 2 floors:

 Lower Floor:

• Lounge/dining room

• Kitchen

• 1 double bedroom

• 1 single bedroom with sofa bed (this room is at the back of the property)

• 1 shower room with hydro-massage shower.
   

Entrance Floor:

• 1 double bedroom

• 1 twin bedroom

• 1 full bathroom with Jacuzzi.

The property also has a portable BBQ, TV ( British channels ), DVD, CD player, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer

 

The property has been tastefully decorated with comfortable pine furniture. There is air-conditioning in the lounge area and hallway.

All rooms are on ground level:
