The beaches of Binisafúa and Biniparratx are just a ten-minute walk from the villa and other South coast beaches can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Sant Lluis and Sant Climent with shops, banks, churches, restaurants and other amenities are approximately an eight-minute drive away. The journey from the airport to the villa takes ten minutes.

Exterior

The views of the coastline from the house and gardens are spectacular. There is a very attractive infinity pool with Roman steps and there are also steps leading down to the rocks in front of the house where it is possible to bathe in the sea. The pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and a grass area. There is a portable barbeque and large shaded terrace with sofa, chairs and tables, ideal for outdoor living.
