Location

This newly constructed property is situated in the pretty port of Addaia on the north coast of the island. Although this is a mainly residential area with one small supermarket and restaurant, the beach town Arenal d’en Castell where you will find local amenities is less than 5 minutes by car. The capital city, Mahón, is 18km by car and Ciutadella, the historic capital, is 40km in the opposite direction. A vehicle is thought to be necessary.
 

Exterior

Villa Port Adá boasts lovely views of Addaia Port from two levels of the property. The infinity swimming pool is on the first floor, measures 10 x 4.5m and is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and a round Jacuzzi. There is shaded porch next to the lounge with table and chairs and a built-in barbeque for al fresco dining. There is a large garage on ground level.
